Sending a telepathic Love letter to your pet
A love letter for your animal friend...
We are born knowing how to be telepathic. Along the way we have just have forgotten how. When we are little, we are in constant telepathic communication with our parents. It is how our mothers knew what we needed, before we even let out a peep or a cry. Unfortunately, as we grow from infants to toddlers, verbal conversation is praised and encouraged by those around us and slowly we let go of our telepathic roots.
Thankfully we can relearn how to talk using our heart and thoughts, and it is easier than you may realize. The hardest part for most of us is letting go of the emotional clutter that prevents us from believing we can, trusting what we hear and acting on what we hear.
Telepathy is not mind reading, it is a non-verbal conversation between two living beings, done with love and honor for each other as a sovereign, sentient being.
Opening our heart
In my years of talking with animals and nature using telepathy I have found the quickest and clearest way through my own mental clutter is via the channels of love and gratitude. Genuine love and gratitude can cut through B.S, worry, doubt, fear, and mistrust like a warm knife into a stick of butter.
On a quiet walk with your dog, or a slow ride with your horse or some cozy cuddle time with your cat friend, simply think of how much you love and appreciate them. The kind of love I am talking about here is not the codependent kind of love as in – “I need you in my life never leave me”, but the kind of love that says “I respect you as an independent and sentient being. You are important in the world to me and to everyone who meets you, simply because you are.”
Visualize creating a colorful love letter to your animal friend. Try to picture it, feel it, hear the words, or even envision tasting the glue of the envelope. As you do this allow your whole being to began to radiate the love you feel for your animal friend allow this energy to fill you up! Feel, sense and see this love you feel filling your body and energy and allow the energetic vibration to radiate throughout your being.
There is no need to push your telepathic love letter at your pet, just simply envision your animal friend behind your eyes, or sense their presence within your own heart. As you stay in your own body and connected with your own presence envision your carefully created love letter softly landing at the feet, paws, scales, fins or feathers of your friend. A lovely aspect of telepathy, is that when we send a message with respect, love and integrity the message gets there clearer and faster.
Patience helps the heart grow stronger
For some waiting for a reply may be the hardest part. Try not to busy yourself with your to-do list for the afternoon, just listen with all of your senses. We each pick up telepathic info in one or more of these ways: Seeing pictures in our minds eye, feeling emotion, sensing physical feelings in our body, hearing words, knowing (which can feel like a download of info at once). Some people even receive info via taste or smell! It can take a little practice to listen with all of our senses. Give yourself permission to take time with this, allowing all of your senses to open.
Most often the first thing we pick up, feel or hear is our animal’s reply. Telepathic information can be lighting fast, but even as the fastest it is not always the loudest. Often it is our doubt or mistrust that is the loudest. Give yourself permission to just ignore your voice of doubt just for a few moments… and listen for the return love letter from your animal friend. It will be worth it!
It can take practice to remember how to use our gift of telepathy. Some people get it right away and for others it takes more practice. Your animals can hear you and feel your love every time you send it. Keep listening, don’t give up.
