Why Energetic Self-Care?

Shamanic and intuitive does a great job of helping us when we are in crisis, stressed and navigating big transitions. Energetic preventive care however, helps us equip ourselves before the crisis so we are steady and resourced for the next time the shit hits the fan.

This work gives you tools to help you take as good care of your spirit as you do of your physical body.

We know from our experiences with holistic preventive care that we need to take good care of ourselves even when we are feeling good - if we want to continue to feel good. Not only does eating well, movement and practicing good hygiene feel great, they also help us check for blind spots, bruises, lumps and things that need extra care…

The same goes for energetic preventive care for our spirit-energy. Giving ourselves regular energetic TLC helps us know our spirit-energy as well as our physical body. It helps us feed our spirit-energy well, know how to move it in conscious ways and practice good energetic hygiene. Energetic preventive care helps find that which needs tending in our spirit-energy before it can become a big deal.

Creating healthy energetic boundaries are the key…

Most of us, especially those of us who are energy sensitive, simply missed the class on how to tend to our natural energetic boundary. To complicate things further as a result we also learned unhealthy ways of connecting and relating to others that create unwanted energetic entanglements with others that ultimately separate us from our own personal power.

At the core of this work is learning about our own natural energetic boundary, what it is and how to tend to it. Equally rooted in this work is learning how to create energetically healthy connections, conversations and interactions so we simply don’t loose connection with our own energetic autonomy.

From overwhelm to empowered

Before I learned how to tend to my energetic boundary, I really struggled. I was constantly taking in too much from the world around me, I felt bombarded, overwhelmed by those I love. As a result my relationship with my intuition was out of balance because I was using it primarily to help me keep an eye out for what might come at me so I could hide from it or be prepared to protect myself from it.

I spent years bouncing from healer to healer trying to find ways to feel better and I would for a little while… but I did not find tools that could help me get the core of why I was struggling and tools to transform it. It was’’t until I learned how to care for my natural energetic boundary these things actually got better.

I have thankfully learned how to stay centered and feel energetically safe - no matter who I am with or how challenged or sensitive I feel. It has changed my life and I am deeply honored to now be sharing these tools and practices with others to help them transform the energetic struggle and become centered and empowered.

One-to-one session scheduling recommendations:

I recommend you read my book, Energetic Boundaries 101 before setting up a session. This will give us a common language and solid foundation to to work from.

I recommend six sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Over the six sessions I will help you develop new energetic habits that center around healthy energetic boundaries. After 6 months, you are welcome to come as needed for tune up’s and support for new energetic challenges that come your way.

Each boundary session is an hour and are the perfect amount of time to get to the heart of the challenge you are working with and create new energetic tools and skills for you to transform it.

Disclaimer: Spiritual, energetic and intuitive, animal communication consultations, energy balancing, sound healing and energy work are ancient methods of supporting people to tend to matters of spirit and soul.
